ColorSeed.co provides a logic-based color palette generation tool. Our service translates text prompts into hex code combinations using a proprietary "Linguistic-to-Color" algorithm.

Important: This service does not utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning models. All results are generated through deterministic mathematical logic and color theory.

2. Data Privacy and Storage

We prioritize user privacy and follow a strict policy of data minimization:

No Content Storage: We do not store, save, or "stock" the text prompts you enter or the palettes you generate.
No Image Storage: If you use an image-based feature, we do not upload or store your images on our servers. All processing happens in-session.
Transient Sessions: Your inputs are temporary and are not retained once the session is closed or the page is refreshed.

3. Infrastructure and Third-Party Providers

To provide a high-quality experience, we utilize the following third-party services:

Vercel: For web hosting and front-end deployment.
Supabase: For back-end infrastructure and essential technical database management.
GitHub: For version control and source code management.

By using ColorSeed.co, you acknowledge that your interaction with the site is also subject to the privacy policies of these infrastructure providers.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The ColorSeed.co name, branding, website design, and the underlying generation algorithm are the exclusive property of ColorSeed.co.
Your Property: We claim no ownership over the color palettes generated by your prompts. You are free to use the resulting HEX codes for any personal or commercial design project.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer or "scrape" the color generation logic.
Interfere with the security or performance of our hosting environments (Vercel/Supabase).
Use the service to generate content that violates local or international laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ColorSeed.co is provided on an "as-is" basis. While our algorithm is designed for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that colors will render identically across all screens, devices, or printed materials due to hardware variations.

7. Limitation of Liability

ColorSeed.co and its developers shall not be liable for any damages—including loss of data or profit—arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on this website.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
